Return and Withdrawal Policy

At Best is Jesus, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Here is our return and withdrawal policy:

1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1 Time Frame: The Customer has 14 days from the receipt of products ordered on the website to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

1.2 Procedure: To exercise this right, the Customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement, sent by email to bestisjesus@gmail.com or by mail to the following address:

1.3 Product Return: Products must be returned within 14 days following the communication of the decision to withdraw. They must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, including any gifts.

2. Return Conditions

2.1 Product Condition: Items damaged or soiled by the Customer will not be accepted for return.

2.2 Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. We recommend using tracked or registered mail.

3. Refund

3.1 Timeframe: The refund will be processed within 14 days following the receipt of the returned products or proof of their shipment.

3.2 Refund Method: The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the initial purchase.

3.3 Delivery Costs: Initial delivery costs will be refunded, unless the Customer is returning only part of their order.

4. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

4.1 Reporting Timeframe: In case of receipt of defective or non-conforming products, the Customer has 10 days from receipt to inform us.

4.2 Procedure: The Customer must contact us by email at bestisjesus@gmail.com, specifying the order references, date of receipt, and detailed reasons for the return.

4.3 Return Costs: In this case, return shipping costs will be at our expense.

4.4 Solution: We will offer the Customer either an exchange or a full refund of the products concerned.

We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
